Iyengar Yoga with Roberta Tewes RYT, an Iyengar certified instructor

  Sundays 10am, and Wednesdays 6pm

This style of yoga incorporates the use of props (blocks, blankets, walls, and more) for precise execution of asana (poses or postures).  Focusing strongly on alignment, Iyengar is wonderful for beginners to life-long practitioners. 

 Hatha Flow with Emily McConnell, RYT

 Tuesdays and Fridays 5:30pm - 6:45pm

These classes are based in classical Hatha Yoga, weaving movement and breath to connect each pose using transitions such as Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Dog Pose) or Balasana (Child's Pose). Seasonal themes, variations and modifications of poses are given to accommodate any level of practitioner.

 Gentle Hatha Flow with Emily McConnell, RYT

 Wednesdays and Saturdays 10am-11:30am

This class has a slower-pace than regular Hatha Flow classes, giving extra time for the body to release tension, to ground and energize. Options for using props and modifications are given throughout class, finishing with a restorative Savasana and opportunity for essential oils application.

 Donation Yoga with Emily McConnell, RYT

 Fridays 5:30pm - 6:45pm

All-levels, Hatha Flow inspired and fun! Sometimes active and sweaty, sometimes restorative and/or meditative. Every Friday night at 5:30pm to get your weekend started with grounded, focused energy. Donation does not just mean free, it is an energetic exchange :)

*Suggested exchange: $5-20, fresh produce from your garden, awesome magical crystals, etc.*

 Good Morning Flow with Emily McConnell, RYT

 Tuesdays 9AM - 10:15AM

Inspired by Prana Vinyasa, as taught by Shiva Rea. Creative and energetic sequencing, inspired playlists, intention setting, quotes, and essential oils!  All levels from Beginner to Advanced are welcome.


 Restorative Yoga with Emily McConnell, RYT
  Thursdays 5:30-6:45PM
Restorative Yoga is a style of yoga that encourages deep relaxation, helps to nourish connective tissues, and serves as a reflection time for your hard working body and mind. Most poses are passive, assisted and supported with props, and with absolutely no strain in the body or mind. Finishes with extended time in Savasana and Pranayama.

 Slow Burn Yoga Flow with Shayla Workman, RYT

  Saturdays 5:30PM

Slow and steady sequences to build strength, tone, flexibility, and resilience in the mind-body! Shayla, as a new momma, intends to slowly build upon the intensity of each class, as we head into Fall. Each class will have a theme, and focus on whole body awareness. Come sweat, breathe, and restore vitality! Essential oils, and restorative Savasana included.

Based in the ancient Chinese mind-body health practice that has been around for at least 5,000 years. When properly practiced, Yuan Gong has been shown to increase physical and mental well-being, such as improving one's own ability to relax and stay calm, to stabilize emotions, to increase Qi (life force) in the body which benefits overall health and much, much more. Gentle movements and meditation accompany this practice. There are no current ongoing classes with Roya at this time at the studio, but we adore hosting her for workshops!
