Yoga is for everyone. We offer a variety of classes and styles of yoga intended for any level of practitioner. Don't know what you like? Come visit a few classes, or contact us to find out which class might be best for you.


  Iyengar Yoga with Roberta Tewes RYT, certified Iyengar instructor

This style of yoga incorporates the use of props (blocks, blankets, walls, and more) for precise execution of asana (poses or postures).  Focusing strongly on alignment, Iyengar is wonderful for beginners to life-long practitioners. 

 Gentle Morning Flow with Emily McConnell, E-RYT500

 These classes are based in classical Hatha Yoga, weaving movement and breath to connect each pose using transitions (Vinyasa) such as Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Dog Pose) or Balasana (Child's Pose). Seasonal and astrological themes, appropriate pranayama and modifications of poses are given to accommodate any level of practitioner.

All-levels community yoga every Friday night at 5:30pm to get your weekend started with grounded, focused energy. Starts off with flowing asana, ends with restorative asana. Offered by donation - which does not just mean free, it is an energetic exchange :) Pay or exchange what you can.....


 Restorative Yoga with Emily McConnell, E-RYT500
Restorative Yoga is a style of yoga that encourages deep relaxation, helps to nourish connective tissues, and serves as a reflection time for your hard working body and mind. Class begins with gentle stretching and movement and leads into Restorative poses. These poses are passive and supported with props, with absolutely no strain in the body / mind, staying in postures for up to 15 mins. Pranayama(breathing exercises) and techniques for self-massage, and fascia release are included. Finishes with extended time in Savasana and essential oils.

 PBT Fit! with Danielle Warner, Certified PBT Instructor

PBT - Progressing Ballet Technique - is used beyond the ballet or dance world, by personal trainers, kinesiologists, and physiotherapists. It is a strengthening class that works deep within the musculature to improve stability, posture, and strength, by activating your abs, inner thighs, under arms, back and hips. Using equipment such as fitness balls, Pilates balls, raquetballs, and Therabands, Danielle guides her students through a 1 hour workout, that includes warm-up / cool-down, as well as techniques for loosening the connective tissue (fascia) to allow more movement!

 Mantra Mondays with Margaret Lindgren, Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor

Mantra Mondays will introduce participants to the primary canon of Kundalini Yoga Mantras. Class sessions will focus on a specific Mantra over the course of a 4 week / 4 class "workshop" with each month exploring the depths of a new Mantra. In addition to chanting Mantra, students will explore its nuances, meaning and iterations. Each class consists of a full physical Kundalini practice, dedicated durations for Mantra, meditation, relaxation and sound bowl therapy in savasana. Great for any level of practitioner and for any time they choose to take the class.

 Yuan Gong-Qi ("Chi")Gong with Roya Arasteh - certified Yuan Gong-Qi Gong instructor

Based in the ancient Chinese mind-body health practice that has been around for at least 5,000 years. When properly practiced, Yuan Gong has been shown to increase physical and mental well-being, such as improving one's own ability to relax and stay calm, to stabilize emotions, to increase Qi (life force) in the body which benefits overall health and much, much more. Gentle movements and meditation accompany this practice.
